NOTICE: Skydiving
is a very physical activity, so if you are not in good
physical condition, you may not want to skydive. It
requires strength, very good flexibility, and the
ability to bend, fall, and roll on the ground if
necessary. Also, we require a MINIMUM of one week
advance scheduling.
Accelerated
Freefall (AFF)Course
Our Accelerated
Freefall (AFF) program will allow you to make a skydive
using your own parachute! AFF requires approximately 6 hours
of ground instruction. After climbing to around 10,000 feet,
you depart the aircraft with 2 AFF instructors to assist you
in freefall where you will fall for approximately 50
seconds. You pull your own ripcord and descend to the
landing area with the assistance of ground to air radio
instruction.
 After you have
completed your AFF Category A skydive you can proceed to
Category B which requires about half an hour of instruction. All
together there are seven
levels of AFF. When you have completed Category G you will
be cleared to jump solo!
Maximum weight is
220 pounds.

During The
Day...
One more thing .
. . there is a wonderful café at the airport,
Carolina's Café . Open from
8am to 2pm, serving both breakfast and lunch fare. Great
food, and during the day while you're with us, depending on
when we can actually get you in the air, you may have some
down time and be hungry before you go for your tandem. This
would be a wonderful place to get it, without heading back
into Belen, as well as help support another business at the
airport.
